Tim Meisburger is a seasoned democracy and elections specialist, with over three decades of international experience. He has worked with the United Nations, the OSCE, the U.S. Government, and private foundations, evaluating and enhancing the quality of foreign elections. During the Trump Administration, he held several leadership roles at the U.S. Agency for International Development, including Acting Assistant Administrator for Africa, Deputy Assistant Administrator for Democracy, Development and Innovation, and Director of the Center for Democracy, Rights, and Governance.
